It Begins…Again!!

This past Tuesday, me and my buddy Albert Mach II (a.k.a “V”) had our very first virtual visit for the 2008-2009 school year. I taught 2 Sports Challenge virtual visits back to back and man was my throat ripped at the end of it. Apparently me and Albert have to get into more training so we can get back to our top physical shape. I guess its back to jogging at 4 in the morning and drinking egg yolk for the both of us! I had such a great time with both classes. The first session was from Michigan and the second session was from right here in Queens.
