A Dream Come True!

On Thursday January 15th, I had the absolute pleasure to work with Tricia Dimino-Pao from The St. Francis De Sales School for the Deaf in Brooklyn, New York. It has been a dream of mine to actually share one of our Virtual Visits with a hearing impaired class and with the help of some of my collegues, Grace, Georgette and of course our instructor Karen, my dream became reality. I was able to connect with the school using an internet based application called Safari Montage and, the program that we did was “Fun with Bubbles”. We all had a blast and seeing the smiles on these kids faces made it such a remarkable experience. I am currently working on setting up at least two more programs by the end of June.
