			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our second installment in our new Virtual Visit demonstrations revolves around the world of Chemistry. It takes a very close look at the phase changes of matter. Students will see several live experiments that will explore these different phase changes with the help of liquid nitrogen. Examples include crushing a can without using your hands, making ice in less than thirty seconds, and taking away a balloons&#8217; elasticity.</p>
